(FOX40.COM) — A 63-year-old employee of a Live Oak daycare was arrested after deputies received reports of sexual abuse involving a child at the facility, according to the Sutter County Sheriff's Office.

SCSO said deputies received a report of suspected child sexual abuse at the state-licensed facility, Kurse Oralia Family Child Care Home, also known as Kruse's Playhouse Daycare on Monday.

Detectives with the Sutter County Sheriff’s Investigations Unit launched an investigation and identified the suspect as 63-year-old Steven Kruse, an employee of the daycare.
