LAREDO, Tex. (KGNS) - A member of the Texas Mexican Mafia remains at large more than a decade after allegedly committing murder in Laredo.
Juan Carlos Marizcal is wanted for murder, engaging in organized criminal activity and flight to avoid prosecution in connection with a December 2010 killing in the Gateway City.
Marizcal, who has ties to both Laredo and Mexico, allegedly posted bond following his initial arrest but never returned for court hearings. Warrants were issued for him in November 2011, and the U.S. Marshals issued an additional warrant for his arrest for flight to avoid prosecution the following month.
Marizcal is known to use multiple aliases, including Carlos Mariscal, Eric Molina, Joan Carlos Mariscal and Carlos Juan Marizcal. His last known address was in the 4600 bloc
