COLUMBUS, Ohio -- Ohio State football five-star 2027 receiver commit Jamier Brown is at the center of a lawsuit filed by his mother, Jasmine, that seeks to allow him to earn NIL (Name, Image and Likeness) benefits while in college.
According to ESPN, the lawsuit names the Ohio High School Athletic Association (OHSAA). Currently, the organization prohibits athletes from making money from their name, image and likeness while in high school.
