Much of Oregon under frost advisory with temps in 30s

A frost advisory for the southern Willamette Valley, including Eugene, will be in effect for the early morning of Oct. 16, the National Weather Service warned .

NWS said temperatures will get as low as 32 degrees in parts of the Pacific Northwest, and 39 degrees in Eugene on Oct. 16 between 1 and 9 a.m.
