FARGO, N.D. (KVRR) – If you turned on KVRR from 1985 to 1995 – chances are you’d get a glimpse into spooky, kooky mind of Madd Frank.
The alter ego of Delray Dvoracek brought his own personal blend of horror and comedy to the airwaves and left a lasting impression on any viewer lucky enough to discover his show.

“I really ended up being okay with spooky things, and being able to laugh at the scary stuff. It really shaped me.”
