COLUMBIA — South Carolina football is back at home after a road loss to LSU and might be without some offensive linemen again.
The Gamecocks (3-3, 1-3 SEC) didn't have three OLs on Oct. 11, and could be down a fourth with Shedrick Sarratt now on the injury list for the game against Oklahoma on Oct. 18 (12:45 p.m. ET, SEC Network). Markee Anderson, Cason Henry and Nolan Hay didn't play against the Tigers.
They will also be with a new coach at that position, as Shane Beamer fired offensive line coach Lonnie Teasley just 24 hours after the LSU game.Shawn Elliott is the new offensive line coach.
The Sooners (5-1, 1-1) got quarterback John Mateer back for the Texas game in Week 8, but lost 23-6. Mateer had hand surgery and missed one game as Oklahoma had a open date during his recovery.
