An enterprise agreement which grants staff to up to seven days paid leave (per year) for menstrual and menopausal symptoms and sickness came into effect in June 2024.

Natalie Asquith, the manager of UOW's Committee for Equity, Diversity and Inclusion, said it was exciting to be at the forefront of this initiative.
