MOBILE, Ala. (WKRG) — A Mobile man has been sentenced for his role in a deadly crash.
Michael Gerod Henry, who pleaded guilty to homicide by vehicle in August, was sentenced to 15 years in prison. However, he will only serve three years, depending on his behavior.
Henry collided head-on with Tim McClure, who was 68 at the time of his death, on Snow Road at around 11:35 a.m. on May 1, 2023. McClure was pronounced dead on the scene.
Tracy McClure, the victim's widower, declined an interview with News 5 but said she is very disappointed with the sentencing.
