SEATTLE — One man was shot and killed on Wednesday in Seattle's Northgate neighborhood, according to the Seattle Police Department.

The incident occurred just before 5 p.m. near the 2100 block of North Northgate Way. At the scene, police found a 20-year-old man lying in a hotel parking lot with a gunshot wound to the chest. The man died at the scene, police said.

There are no suspects in custody and police are investigating what led up to the shooting.
