14 of 16 people presumed dead identified in Tennessee plant explosion

Humphreys County Sheriff Chris Davis says 14 of the 16 people believed to have been killed in the explosion at the Accurate Energetic Systems facility have been identified, but the cause of the explosion at the Tennessee plant remains under investigation.
