A Yuma financial institution’s acquisition of Mission Bank in Kingman and Bullhead City won’t be completed until next summer. Vice President Chris Bolin said the Avenir Financial Credit Union hopes the transaction will be completed next June. "Upon closing, Mission Bank locations will be updated to the Avenir Financial brand,” Bolin said, in response to media inquiry.
