PERRY CO., Ind. (WFIE) - A deal has been reached after a crash that seriously hurt a teenager last year in Tell City.
Authorities say Hannah Kleeman ran over the girl as she was crossing 12th Street.
They say the teen was seriously hurt and spent months recovering.
Officials say Kleeman was impaired by marijuana at the time of the crash.
Court records indicate that after credit, Kleeman was sentenced to just shy of five months on probation.
Her license will be suspended for six months, and she will also have to submit to substance abuse and mental health evaluation and complete all recommended treatment.
She also must attend a Victim Impact Panel.
