Manitowoc's Mona Lisa, the USS Cobia, arrives back from Sturgeon Bay

The USS Cobia spent more than a month in dry dock at Fincantieri Bay Shipbuilding in Sturgeon Bay, Wis. for painting and repairs to the submarine.
