A heartbreaking Reddit post by a 21-year-old battling terminal cancer has moved thousands of people, prompting prayers and messages of support.

The post, titled “Cancer won guys, see ya,” was shared on the subreddit r/TwentiesIndia this week and has gone viral.

The user, who identified himself as a 21-year-old male, revealed he was diagnosed with Stage 4 colorectal cancer in 2023.
