Man steals car with toddler in back seat, deputies say

A Brevard County man is accused of stealing a car only to discover there's a baby in the back seat. Surveillance video from the Sunoco gas station in Cocoa shows the alleged crime that was foiled by a one-year-old in the rearview mirror.
