A parliamentary probe into Queensland's container refund scheme has referred multiple allegations to the state's corruption watchdog for consideration.

Committee chair Rob Molhoek, who tabled the report in state parliament on Thursday, said the inquiry received "troubling evidence", including details of alleged conflicts of interest, unfair contracts, misleading conduct and bullying and harassment.

The LNP state government established the probe earlier this year in a bid to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the program, which gives consumers a 10-cent refund for recycling empty containers.
