Marks & Spencer has recalled a popular chocolate snack after a potentially fatal contamination was discovered.
Shoppers who have bought a batch of the shopping giant’s milk chocolate honeycomb bites have been urged to return them as the 120g packets may contain peanuts not mentioned on the label.
The Food Standards Agency said it was a possible health risk for anyone with an allergy to peanuts.
Shoppers who recently purchased Milk Chocolate Honeycomb with a May 12, 2026 best-before date and lot number 5242 are urged to return them to their nearest M&S store for a full refund.
