Eternal Ltd, the parent of Zomato, on October 16 reported 63% decline in consolidated net profit at Rs 65 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025.

The firm's revenue rose 183% to Rs 13,590 crore in Q2FY26 as against Rs 4,799 crore in Q2FY25.

The Deepinder Goyal-led company announced incorporation of a wholly-owned subsidiary in the name of Eternal General Service Foundation (“Eternal Foundation”).

At 3:03 pm on October 16, Eternal shares on NSE were trading 0.6% lower at Rs 352 apiece.
