Scan QR code before you buy a liquor bottle: CM Naidu

Amaravati: The Andhra Pradesh government has directed that liquor sales be permitted only after each bottle is scanned using its QR code through the Suraksha App developed by the State Excise Department.

The government said that the comprehensive technology-driven system will curb the sale of spurious liquor and ensure product authenticity.
