Cheesecake, ice cream, cookies and more — no meal is complete without a little sweet treat. National Dessert Day was on Oct. 14. These are some desserts I still can’t stop thinking about.
JUST DESSERT, PLEASE
I would go to MW Restaurant (888 Kapiolani Blvd. Ste. 201) just for the dessert, because why not? It’s hard to choose a favorite here because it’s all crave-worthy. Try the brûlée that comes with a lilikoi sorbet, custard, “gummies” of tropical fruit and haupia tapioca. The banana cream pie has a perfect butterscotch custard, topped with bananas, ulu pâte brisée and a scoop of Ko Hana Rum ice cream. And have you tried the MW candy bar yet?
