Are you brave enough to go into the woods? That's the question that A Better Hatfield is asking this Halloween. For one night only, they're hosting the Old Baker's Creek Haunted Trail and you're invited to embark on a terrifying journey . . . if you dare!

For those of you familiar with Spencer County, you know that Baker's Creek runs through it and empties into the Ohio River. This year's haunted trail sends you alongside some of that landscape and the atmosphere is ideal for some spine-tingling Halloween scares. Mary Howell, who's been involved with the planning of this year's haunt, says, "The creek looks like Friday the 13th ."

Organizers promise some nods to some of classic horror films like The Exorcist , Slender Man , and more. Volunteers have even built a cemetery in the woo
