WATERTOWN – Absentee ballots are available for registered, eligible voters for the November 4th Election at the Town Clerk’s office in the Watertown Town Hall. Eligible reasons for voting absentee include absence from the town of residence, sickness, physical disability, religious tenets, Election duties, and active Armed Forces duties. Obtaining an absentee ballot is a two-step process. An application must be completed and verified by the town clerk’s office before an absentee ballot will be issued. Application forms can be picked up in person, mailed, or downloaded via a link on the town’s website at www.watertownct.org : Click on departments; town clerk; and absentee ballot information. Absentee ballots must be mailed to the applicant or may be given only to the applicant in person. B
