Vicky Pattison has revealed that she had a "disaster" during her final Strictly Come Dancing dress rehearsal last weekend. The reality TV star and her dance partner, Kai Widdrington, opened up about their disastrous dress rehearsal during his guest appearance on the Get A Grip podcast, which Vicky co-hosts with Angela Scanlon, on Thursday. Reflecting on their Charleston last weekend, the former Geordie Shore star revealed that she struggled to complete their routine because she suffered a wardrobe malfunction with her wig and headdress. "Saturday was just like a disaster from start to finish, I think," Vicky began. "Do you know my little headdress thing? So I put that on and we were dancing in the dress rehearsal and obviously, there was a move where my head goes down and comes up. "And my headpiece just totally detached from the wig and fell over my face and I kept trying to shove it up and it kept falling back over my eyes. He was going, 'Continue! Carry on!' and I was thinking, 'You (try and) do it blind.' Honestly, I was so stressed out and angry, I tried to stop." At the end of their in-studio rehearsal, co-host Tess Daly noted that Vicky was stressed about the incident. "When I was finished, Tess goes, 'Oh, you had a bit of stress there with your headpiece', and I go, 'My whole f**king wig fell off!'" she recalled. As a result of the mishap, the backstage team sewed the headpiece onto the wig so it wouldn't happen again during the live performance. Vicky and Kai received 25 out of 40 points for their Charleston to A Little Party Never Killed Nobody from 2013's The Great Gatsby. This Saturday, they will be dancing a Samba to Madonna's La Isla Bonita.
