Only a handful of rooms in the Manor House are decorated by the same people for both Halloween and Christmas.
The Capuano family is one of those few.
“You have to be really decorator mindset versus some folks can do this because they love Halloween; some people can do it because they love holidays,” said Shannon Hughes, director of education and programming for Metroparks Toledo, who has been decorating a room in the home for 20 years. “To be able to do both is more of a love of the creative.”
