JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — One Powerball player's life changed overnight after matching all the winning numbers in Wednesday night's Powerball drawing.

The Florida Lottery announced early Thursday that someone won the Powerball's second tier prize of $1 million in Wednesday night's drawing, and that the winning ticket was sold at the Publix located at 7117 Merrill Rd. in Jacksonville.

The winning numbers were 10-13-28-34-47, and the Powerball was 15, according to the Florida Lottery. The winner of the Powerball's $1 million prize matched all five numbers, but did not match the Powerball.
