" Survivor " Season 49 castaways were challenged with the show's classic tribe swap in the latest episode, creating new friends and newer enemies, and the numbers didn't fall in favor of a former Hina tribe member.

The show's first tribe swap took place, leaving only the Hina and Kele tribes. Uli tribe members were absorbed into the new groups.

In the end, host Jeff Probst extinguished the airport ramp agent Matt Williams torch, sending the Farmington, Utah, player home. The tribe swap left Williams vulnerable as most of the new tribe was Uli members. He and fellow non-Uli members Sophi Balerdi and Jason Treul were outnumbered during the tribal council.

Now, it is down to two tribes of seven players on the Hina (yellow buffs) and Kele tribes (blue buffs).
