KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) - Knox Area Rescue Ministries (KARM) will hold their annual Courtyard Celebration on Oct. 15 to honor the birthdays of every KARM guest.

The event is held every year on Oct. 15 in honor of Matthew Rosen, son of former KARM President and CEO, Burt Rosen. This year’s celebration holds even more significance, as Matthew has been found and reunited with his family after 25 years.
