SEVEN HILLS, Ohio -- Oh, what a difference a decade makes.
It wasn’t that long ago that the quiet bedroom community of Seven Hills was headline-grabbing with a former mayor -- while in office -- sharing intimate details of his anatomy in a self-published memoir and later unsuccessfully suing the city.
There was also a sitting council president who pleaded guilty to dereliction of duty charges.
Those days are long gone with the upcoming City Council election finding the entire slate of candidates running unopposed.
That list of incumbents includes Council-at-Large members Justin Costanzo, Patrick Elliott and Stacey L. Kelly, as well as Ward 1’s Phillip Kiriazis, Ward 3’s Tom Snitzky and Ward 4’s Michael R. Morrow.
