UTICA, N.Y (WSYR-TV)-- Today, Thursday, October 16, the jury will continue to deliberate starting at 10:00 a.m.

They will also have the opportunity to ask to go back to a certain piece of testimony or evidence, etc., at any point in their deliberations, as often as they'd like. If that does happen, there will be updates in this article.

As soon as the verdict is about to be called, there will be a separate post with a live stream of the verdict.
