The Montgomery Police Department is getting some help in its crime fighting efforts. Hyundai Power Transformers USA has donated $20,000 to the department.

The money will be used to support the MPD's use of drones and other technology.

The company produces electrical power transformers in it's Montgomery production plant, which opened in 2011. The company employs about 450 people.
