DES MOINES, Iowa (KCRG) - Police in Des Moines are searching for victims after police arrested a man accused of hiding a camera in a portable toilet.
Investigators say they discovered the camera October 4 at the Harvest and Handmade event, hosted at Water Works park in Des Moines.
Police say the camera was installed under the toilet seat and secretly recorded dozens of adults and children.
Tyler Pavlick, 32, of Des Moines, is facing seven Class B Felony counts of sexual exploitation of a minor and three aggravated misdemeanor counts of invasion of privacy involving nudity.
