Steve Pagliuca has owned a lot of things in Boston , and he’s letting another one go. The former co-chairman of Bain Capital and former Celtics co-owner has listed his Back Bay mansion for $10,995 million.

Built in 1890, 362 Marlborough St. was originally known as the George Wheatland House. Sitting on a coveted 2,688-square-foot corner lot, the 5,680-square-foot, single-family brownstone was previously a multi-family residence until Pagliuca and his wife, Judy, a biotech investor, transformed the space from 2021 to 2022.

“This was a custom for them. This wasn’t a spec. They poured their heart and soul into this,” said George Sarkis , co-founder of The Sarkis Team at Douglas Elliman, who has the listing . “There were no expenses spared here.”
