SNOHOMISH — Environmental group Green Snohomish is hosting a guided walking tour of trees in Snohomish on Saturday to celebrate fall foliage and offer an opportunity to learn about heritage trees in the area.
Sign-ups are on a first-come, first-served basis, starting at 10:30 a.m. outside the Carnegie Building, 105 Cedar Ave. The tour will last approximately two hours, covering a distance of roughly 2 miles.
This year, the group’s annual tour is in memory of John First, the founding guide of the tour and former chair of the Snohomish City Parks Board and member of Green Snohomish.
