CANFIELD Responders are on the site of a fatal crash on State Route 11 near Canfield.

A dispatcher with the Canfield Police Department told 21 News that crews are still handling the call, but that it is a fatal crash.

All lanes are closed on State Route 11 Northbound beyond State Route 46 and Columbiana Canfield Road, according to a traffic map from Ohgo.com .

A viewer stopped in traffic told 21 News that they could see an emergency helicopter arrive on scene. Additionally, a 21 News crew member saw a hazmat crew drive towards the scene.

A photo sent in from the scene shows many vehicles backed up on State Route 11, with emergency response vehicles with lights flashing in the background.
