A project to repave and re-stripe St. Anthony Street into a two-way thoroughfare will begin next week, according to the city of Mobile.

Starting Monday, Oct. 20, city crews will begin milling the surface of the current one-way street between Water and Broad streets for paving. Re-striping work is set to begin the following week on Monday, Oct. 27. The work will go from east to west.
