MANCHESTER, N.H. —
As the government shutdown enters its third week, the impact is starting to be felt throughout the country.
The House and Senate are struggling to find a solution, and many Americans are starting to feel the impacts of the shutdown.
As frustrations grow in the government, New Hampshire Reps. Chris Pappas and Maggie Goodlander are calling for good-faith negotiations to find a solution to reopen the government.
"It's incredibly frustrating right now that we are not having the kind of bipartisan negotiations that we need to be able to get through this and get to the other side," said Pappas.
Pappas reflected on his first term, when in 2019, he was a part of the longest shutdown in the nation’s history.
He said the only way that the shutdown ended was through bipartisa
