Jake Haro, the father of a missing and presumed dead 7-month-old boy, pleaded guilty to all charges, including murder, on Thursday, Oct. 16.

Haro, along with his wife, Rebecca Haro, had been accused of killing their son, Emmanuel, and making a false police report of a kidnapping in August.

Investigators later said they found inconsistencies in the report.

In addition to pleading guilty to murder and filing the false report, Haro also pleaded guilty to the forcible assault of Emmanuel, a felony.

Rebecca Haro's case is still pending.

This is a developing story and will be updated.
