Jake Haro admits to murdering, torturing his 7-month-old, Emmanuel — whose body has yet to be found

California man Jake Haro sobbed as he pleaded guilty Thursday torturing and murdering his

defenseless 7-month-old son, Emmanuel, whose tiny body still has not been found.

Haro, 32, copped to a second-degree murder charge as well as to charges of assault causing bodily harm to a child and filing a false report during a hearing in Riverside County court in California Thursday morning, KABC reported .

He is scheduled to be sentenced on Nov. 3 in the horrifying case. 3

His wife, Rebecca Haro , who is also charged with murder, pleaded not guilty to an updated criminal complaint.
