The Riverside County District Attorney's Office announced on Thursday, Oct. 16, that the father of baby Emmanuel Haro had pleaded guilty to murder.

Jake Haro entered a guilty plea to three charges in total, according to a spokesperson for the office: second-degree murder, filing a false report and assaulting a child.
