Additional details regarding a young girl kidnapped from Orange Beach by her mother and taken to Mexico as a debt payment for a cartel are now being made public by officials with Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).

Kionii Haugen, 3, was reportedly taken to the country by Haley Harris, 23, to settle a debt owed to the cartel by her current boyfriend, Pedro Pedraza-Trejo, an illegal alien from Mexico who has been previously deported. Pedraza-Trejo is also facing pending charges in Washington State for child molestation in the first and second degree and rape of a child in the second and third degree.
