ARCHER, Fla. (WCJB) -After months of financial controversy and public criticism, Archer’s newest city commissioner is stepping into her role with a focus on reform and transparency.

Karen Fiore, a longtime resident and frequent public commenter at city meetings, said she’s ready to help the city regain trust and accountability. Fiore has been one of the most vocal critics of Archer’s leadership, calling out a lack of transparency, financial procedures and accountability.
