LOS ANGELES — Academy Award-winning actor Diane Keaton died Saturday, days after contracting a bacterial pneumonia infection, according to a death certificate obtained by multiple news outlets.
The document indicated no other significant conditions contributed to the death of the 79-year-old actor.
The Keaton family previously announced her cause of death in a statement to People on Wednesday.
