DE QUEEN, Ark. (KSLA) - Two people, including the son of the owner, have now been arrested in connection with a large fire at a car dealership in De Queen that happened back in early September.
On Thursday, Oct. 16, KSLA received documents showing Charlie Moss, 39, and Trent Walker Gentry, 27, both of De Queen, have both been charged with arson as a result of a fire at Gentry Chevrolet on Sept. 3.
According to the affidavit for warrant of arrest, the fire caused at least $100,000 in damage, with a fire investigator determine the cost of the damage to actually be more than $5,000,000.
Moss and Gentry, if convicted, could be sentenced to between 10 and 40 years, or life, in prison.
