HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WBTW) -- The Horry County Voter Registration and Election Commission is finishing up preparations for early voting, which this year only affects a portion of the county's population.
Voting machines will be set up on Monday at the Horry County Elections Office in Conway and at the Chapin Memorial Library at 400 14th Ave. N. in Myrtle Beach. Early voting for the Nov. 4 general election starts Monday and will be from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekdays through Oct. 31.
Some of the notable elections within the county this year include mayoral races in Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach, and several city and town council elections.
