The New England Patriots are one of the hottest teams in the NFL currently, as they are riding a three-game win streak that has propelled them to the top of the AFC East. Two guys who have played major roles in the team’s sudden success on the field are quarterback Drake Maye and wide receiver Stefon Diggs .

Over the offseason, the Patriots handed Diggs a three-year, $69 million contract in free agency to come in and be Maye’s top target in the passing game, even though he was still recovering from a torn ACL he suffered in Week 8 last season.
