A number of teams at Brockville General Hospital have been recognized for going above and beyond.

In its third round of presentations, the Brockville and District Hospital Foundation is giving out its Wave of Gratitude awards to recognize outstanding teams and individuals for their exceptional commitment to patient care.

This round of honourees includes three awards for the Emergency Department, bringing its total to four Wave of Gratitude awards; the Orthopedic Clinic, which is being honoured for the third time; and Surgical Services, which is receiving its second nomination.

Also recognized were the MRI Diagnostic Imaging Team, the Women and Children’s Program, Central Registration, and the A3 Complex Medical Management Team, along with an individual recognition for Dr. Steve Mussett,
