Enterprise Rent-A-Car and several other car rental companies will pay Pittsburgh International Airport approximately $2 million in commissions as part of a settlement agreement.

The companies reported that they failed to include fuel sales data in their sales reports to the airport authority under the terms of an agreement dating back to February 2020, according to airport spokesperson Bob Kerlik.

They had not been required to report fuel sales data prior to that date, he said.

“The companies reported the error to Allegheny County Airport Authority and issued the backpay as laid out in their agreement,” Mr. Kerlik said.
