SHREVEPORT, La. (KTAL/KMSS) – Research from the Willis-Knighton Health cancer care team will be featured on the cover of an upcoming issue of Cancers, a peer-reviewed oncology journal, according to a news release.

Led by medical physicist Yohan Walter and radiation oncologist Dr. Lane Rosen, the study highlights how artificial intelligence improves workflow efficiency in vaginal cuff high-dose rate brachytherapy.

“This recognition is a testament to the collaborative expertise of our clinical team,” said Terry Wu, Ph.D., chief physicist, in a news release.

The achievement underscores Willis-Knighton Health’s leadership in advancing cancer research and delivering innovative care in Shreveport and beyond.
