Heights Schools Foundation inducted 10 members into its 2025 class of inductees into the 45th annual Heights High School Distinguished Alumni Hall of Fame on Oct. 23 in the auditorium at Cleveland Heights High School. Those individuals join more than 450 alumni who have been honored since the hall of fame’s establishment in 1981.

Here are the honorees from information provided in a news release:

• Derek Anthony Barney, class of 1983, actor and writer. He has appeared in over 60 films, television series and theater productions like “Criminal Minds,” “Sons of Anarchy,” “Suits LA,” “NCIS,” “Animal Kingdom,” and “The Pitt.”
