ATLANTA — A concert scheduled for Saturday night at Atlanta's State Farm Arena for rapper NBA YoungBoy has now been canceled, according to a statement from arena officials on Thursday.

It's unclear exactly why State Farm Arena officials made the decision to cancel the event for the rapper, whose real name is Kentrell Gaulden, but 11Alive is working to learn more about the decision.

"State Farm Arena has made the decision to cancel the NBA YoungBoy show scheduled for Saturday, October 18 in Atlanta," the statement read in part.

Concertgoers who purchased tickets through Ticketmaster will be refunded the entire amount automatically, organizers said. Those who purchased tickets through a third-party vendor are asked to reach out to the company tickets were purchased through.
